Fixed the drop down menu at the top of Save dialogs so that it consistently shows a single level menu when the dialog is in "minimized" mode (not showing the list of files) and displays the hierarchical path menu when in "expanded" mode. Note that there is no "iCloud" item in the menu when it's in expanded mode - you can access iCloud using the Computer menu in the Default Folder X toolbar instead. Fixed a Gatekeeper issue that could cause System Preferences to complain that Default Folder X was damaged. Addressed a performance problem that could result in Default Folder X repeatedly stalling for several seconds at a time.
